Novotel Vijayawada Varun has announced the return of its popular Korean Hot Pot Festival at Red Bowl, following the positive response received during its first edition. The limited-time festival will run from 20th to 28th June 2026, offering guests an opportunity to experience one of Korea's most loved dining traditions.
Built around the concept of sharing food and conversations, Korean hot pot brings diners together around a simmering pot of flavourful broth, accompanied by an assortment of fresh ingredients that can be customised to individual tastes. The experience combines comfort, interaction, and authentic flavours, making it suitable for families, friends, and food enthusiasts looking to explore Korean cuisine.
Guests can choose from a variety of rich broths and create their own bowls using fresh vegetables, seafood, noodles, rice, and condiments. The spread includes ingredients such as bok choy, bamboo shoots, Chinese cabbage, jasmine rice, rice noodles, ramen noodles, crab sticks, tuna slices, fish cakes, and several other accompaniments that allow diners to personalise every serving.
Commenting on the festival, Manish Pathak, Hotel Manager, Novotel Vijayawada Varun, said:
"The first edition of our Korean Hot Pot Festival received a wonderful response from guests, which encouraged us to bring it back with even more focus on flavour, authenticity, and the joy of sharing a meal. At Red Bowl, we want diners to experience Korean hot pot not just as a cuisine, but as an engaging dining ritual, one that brings people together over warmth, conversation, and memorable flavours."
The festival aims to introduce guests to Korean food culture through an approachable and interactive format. Whether enjoyed as a family outing, a gathering with friends, or a unique culinary experience, the Korean Hot Pot Festival promises a flavourful journey centred around togetherness and customisation.
With its combination of aromatic broths, fresh ingredients, and tableside cooking, the festival offers a distinctive dining experience for guests seeking something different in the city.
