Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach is bringing the vibrant essence of Asia to the coast with Asian Wok & Walk, a live and interactive culinary festival at Red Bowl. The experience transforms the restaurant into a lively Asian street market, giving guests the thrill of watching dishes come to life right in front of them.

From 21st to 30th November, Chef Vikram and his team will showcase a colourful spread of flavours, preparing everything fresh and live. Guests can enjoy Thai stir-fries tossed in woks, hand-rolled dim sums, Japanese sushi, Indonesian satays, and fragrant Malaysian curries, each crafted with authentic techniques and rich flavours. The atmosphere comes alive with aromas reminiscent of Asia’s famous night markets.

The menu combines the energy of street-style cooking with the finesse of a refined dining experience. Asian-inspired beverages and handcrafted desserts complete the journey, offering guests a well-rounded culinary exploration.
