NOVY and Delhi-based speakeasy Rumour are coming together for a three-night culinary and cocktail collaboration in Gurgaon from 11 to 13 September 2026, bringing together NOVY's fine-dining approach and Rumour's playful, wine-led cocktail programme.

The collaboration will see NOVY's dining room open its bar to Rumour, creating an experience that combines contemporary fine dining with cocktails built around wine, infusions and spirits.

NOVY is a contemporary fine-dining restaurant focused on discovery, with technique and attention to detail forming the foundation of its menu. The restaurant's approach is designed around a course-by-course dining experience that balances precision with warmth.

For the collaboration, NOVY will partner with Rumour, a wine-forward speakeasy in Vasant Vihar, Delhi, known for its cocktail programme that incorporates wine as a key ingredient. The concept was designed by The Charcoal Project by Sussanne Khan and draws inspiration from the atmosphere of a New York loft combined with the character of a neighbourhood bar.

The collaboration brings together two contrasting dining approaches, with NOVY's considered fine-dining environment providing the setting for Rumour's more relaxed cocktail culture.

Guests will have two ways to experience NOVY x Rumour. The first option is a specially curated tasting menu in which courses from NOVY's kitchen are paired with Rumour's signature cocktails. The pairings have been designed to allow the food and drinks to complement each other as part of a single dining experience.

Alternatively, guests can choose from NOVY's à la carte menu and pair their meal with cocktails from Rumour's established programme.

Rumour will bring its existing cocktail selection to the collaboration, rather than creating a separate menu exclusively for the occasion. Guests can expect cocktails including Off The Record, Just Between Us, Vineyard Picante, Barrel Rouge, Pink Harvest and On Cloud Wine.

The cocktail programme reflects Rumour's focus on incorporating wine through techniques such as infusions and foams, alongside spirits including whisky.

Diageo will serve as the alcohol sponsor for the collaboration.

The limited-time experience will run for three evenings only, from 11 to 13 September, with reservations available directly through NOVY or via the District App.

With its combination of fine dining, wine-led cocktails and two distinct hospitality concepts, NOVY x Rumour offers Gurgaon diners a limited opportunity to experience the two formats together.
