The LaliT New Delhi is set to host an extraordinary omakase pop-up featuring world-renowned Chef Shun Sato in collaboration with Chef’s Table India. The exclusive two-night event, scheduled from April 10-12, 2025, will offer an immersive journey into Japanese haute cuisine at OKO, The LaliT’s acclaimed Pan-Asian restaurant.

Chef Shun Sato, known for his expertise in Michelin-starred kitchens across Japan, Australia, and Hong Kong, will curate a multi-course omakase experience showcasing seasonal ingredients, meticulous craftsmanship, and avant-garde techniques. The menu will be complemented by a handpicked selection of premium sake and fine wines, designed to elevate each dish’s depth and complexity.
