This Oktober, Oasis Brewery is bringing the spirit of Munich to Bengaluru with a celebration built around craft beer, hearty food and Indian flavours. The Oktoberfest menu combines German classics with a Bengaluru-inspired twist, creating a spread that moves between traditional favourites and familiar Indian tastes.

The vegetarian selection includes Soft Pretzels with Honey Mustard Sauce, Beer-Batter Onion Rings, Crispy Mushroom Schnitzel and Potato Pancakes with Cheese and Chives. Designed for sharing over beers, the dishes bring some of the familiar flavours of Oktoberfest to the table.

The non-vegetarian menu features Beer-Basted Bratwurst served with potato and leeks, Chicken Schnitzel and Dark Beer-Marinated BBQ Chicken, grilled for a smoky finish. The celebration also adds an Indian touch through Achari Chicken Sausage and Ghee Roast Sausage, combining sausage preparations with the bold flavours of Indian cuisine.

For a more indulgent option, Pork Shanks with Sauerkraut brings together slow-cooked pork and tangy sauerkraut in a classic Oktoberfest combination. The menu also features playful bites that blend German inspiration with Indian comfort food. Chicken Tikka Crescent Bites, Chicken Bhurji Pretzel Bites with Mustard Mayo and Samosa Pinwheels with Tamarind Mayo add familiar flavours to the festive spread.

The German theme continues with dessert. Apple Strudel combines cinnamon-spiced apples with flaky pastry, while Kaiserschmarrn offers a warm traditional shredded pancake served with powdered sugar and fruit compote. With pretzels and bratwurst alongside ghee roast sausage and samosa pinwheels, Oktoberfest at Oasis Brewery brings the Munich celebration to Bengaluru while adding its own local character to the table.
