For the occasion, Executive Chef Abhrajyoti Nandy has curated a Valentine’s specials menu designed for sharing and lingering. The line-up includes comforting, flavour-forward dishes such as Beef Meatballs with Creamy Polenta, Creamy Hummus with Slow-Cooked Lamb, Tenderloin with Mushroom Ragù Cream and Chimichurri, Red Wine–Braised Chicken, and Grilled Salmon with Prosecco Cream. Desserts keep the indulgence going, with crowd-pleasers like Helen’s Sweet Scandal and French Toast with Crème Brûlée, ideal for ordering at the table after a few rounds on the dance floor.

At the bar, Head of Mixology Sagar Sarki brings a playful Valentine’s cocktail menu featuring Sweet Amalia, Pink Rhapsody, White Petronia and Oh Maria!, each crafted to match the night’s celebratory mood. Turning up the energy, DJ Chirag takes over the decks from 8 PM onwards, spinning international hits that keep the party moving.
