Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore is celebrating the Bengali New Year with a special culinary showcase at The Bengaluru Brasserie. In collaboration with Boudir Ranna Ghor, the Poila Boishakh feast brings the comforting and nostalgic flavours of Bengal to the city, reflecting the spirit of tradition and new beginnings.

The menu features a thoughtfully curated selection of classic Bengali dishes that are closely tied to festive celebrations. Guests can enjoy favourites like Shorshe Ilish, Chingri Malai Curry, Kosha Mangsho, and Luchi with Aloo Dum, each prepared to capture the authentic taste of Bengal. The experience is completed with traditional desserts such as Mishti Doi and Rosogolla, adding a sweet touch to the festive spread.

Designed as a warm and inviting dining experience, the festival offers a perfect setting for families, friends, and food lovers to come together and celebrate the occasion over a hearty meal.

The feast will be available from 10th April to 19th April, 2026 at The Bengaluru Brasserie, Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore. Guests can enjoy the menu during lunch from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM with an à la carte option, and during dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM as a buffet.

With its focus on authentic flavours and festive spirit, the Poila Boishakh celebration promises a memorable way to welcome the New Year in true Bengali style.
