This Valentine’s Day, QLA unveils a thoughtfully designed dining experience for couples who value elegance, detail, and meaningful moments. Framed by uninterrupted views of the Qutab Minar, the celebration brings together exclusive menus, live music, and a warm romantic setting, inviting guests to slow down and truly enjoy the evening.
For 14th February 2026, QLA introduces exclusive Valentine’s Day set menus crafted as a refined culinary journey. Guests can choose between a four-course experience in the Restaurant or a five-course experience in the Courtyard, each paced to balance indulgence with restraint. À la carte dining will be available exclusively on the terrace on 14th February 2026, with select tables offering uninterrupted views of the Qutab Minar alongside QLA’s signature flavours.
The Valentine’s menus are curated by Chef Dipender Tiwari, Culinary Director at QLA, and recallthe restaurant’s ingredient-led philosophy. Bold global flavours are expressed through refined European techniques, with select dishes inspired by seasonal produce and guest favourites, resulting in courses that feel generous yet carefully balanced.
The menu highlights include Burrata, Blood Orange & Pistachio with cold-pressed olive oil, basil cress, and citrus reduction, Baked Cheese Portobello featuring cheese jalapeno stuffed wild mushroom, nut crumble, and jalapeno cream sauce, and Lobster + Caviar served with pumpkin ginger puree, beluga caviar, orange champagne sauce, and citrus gel. Main courses span both land and sea with dishes such as Miso Cod with brulee cod, caramel pumpkin, citrus ginger sauce, and hibiscus gel, and Smoked Duck prepared with fennel spiced duck breast, beets puree, red onion marmalade, and mix berry jus. Desserts including Strawberry Heart Crémeux and Maldon Chocolate Love Bowl bring the experience to a romantic and measured close.
The evening is elevated by a carefully layered atmosphere. Soft romantic décor and mood lighting flow through the restaurant and courtyard, complemented by live saxophone performances. On the terrace, select paid tables will feature live singing, adding a lyrical charmto the Valentine’s experience. Guests are welcomed with specially curated welcome drinks, with additional beverage selections available throughout the evening. Vegetarian options are included, while vegan and gluten-free preferences can be accommodated with prior intimation.
Sharing the thought behind the experience, Chef Dipender Tiwari, Culinary Director at QLA, said, “At QLA, Valentine’s Day is about creating an experience that feels intimate, special, and thoughtfully curated. Our curated menus and ambience are designed to let couples slow down, connect, and truly savour the evening.”
The Valentine’s Day celebration will be hosted across two seating slots, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Special pricing is available per couple for both the Restaurant and Courtyard experiences, depending on the dining space and time selected. There is no strict dress code, with guests encouraged to dress elegantly or in smart-casuals to complement the occasion.
