Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is bringing the flavours of Kerala to the city this festive season with a grand Onam Sadhya. Guests can enjoy the harvest festival in true tradition, with an authentic vegetarian feast served on banana leaves.
Curated by a speciality chef from Kerala, the spread features more than 25 dishes that showcase the state’s culinary heritage. Diners can relish savoury favourites like Avial, Thoran and Erissery, followed by traditional desserts such as Ada Pradhaman and Palada Payasam, making it a complete festive experience.
The Onam Sadhya will be served at Melange, the all-day dining restaurant at Radisson Blu Bengaluru ORR, where guests can step into the warmth and vibrancy of Kerala’s festive tables.
