The vegetarian selection includes regional dishes such as Begun Bhaja, Posto and Dhokar Dalna, offering guests a taste of Bengal's varied culinary traditions.
Adding to the experience, live counters will serve popular street food favourites, including Kathi Rolls, Jhal Muri and Puchka, bringing the flavours and character of Bengal's bustling streets to the hotel's dining space.
The dessert selection features traditional Bengali sweets such as Rasgulla, Chomchom, Rajbhog, Mishti Doi and Sandesh. Guests can also sample regional beverage-inspired creations, including Aam Panna with cumin and mint, Daab Sharbat made with tender coconut water, lime and honey, Gondhoraj Ghol with roasted cumin, and Nolen Gur Lassi featuring the distinctive sweetness of date palm jaggery.
A live band will complement the dining experience, creating a festive setting for families and friends to gather and enjoy the culinary celebrations during Durga Puja.
Speaking about the initiative, Gurmeet Randhawa, General Manager, Radisson Blu Guwahati, said, "Durga Puja is a celebration of culture, community and togetherness, and food has always been an integral part of this festive experience. Bengali cuisine, with its distinctive flavours, regional specialities and cherished culinary traditions, captures this spirit beautifully.
