Radisson Blu Guwahati is inviting diners to explore the diverse flavours of Indian cuisine with 'Uttar Dakshin – Jab North Met South', a special food festival at The Great Kebab Factory from 31 July to 16 August 2026.

The festival celebrates India's rich culinary heritage by bringing together the bold flavours of North India and the spice-rich traditions of the South. Curated by the hotel's culinary team, the menu showcases authentic regional recipes prepared using traditional cooking techniques and carefully selected ingredients.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of signature dishes, including Malabari Kalmi Kabab, Mathania Paneer, Dhungar Adraki Chaapein, Mutton Pulusu, Andhra Masala Prawns, Haryali Badami Tangdi Kabab, and Amritsari Fish with Gunpowder Aioli, along with several vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialities inspired by different regions of the country.

The experience goes beyond the food, with the restaurant offering a setting that reflects the cultural richness of both North and South India. Traditional-style presentations, banana leaf serving elements, regional décor, and warm hospitality come together to create an immersive dining experience.
