Radisson Blu Guwahati is bringing the rich culinary traditions of Hyderabad to the city with 'The Deccan Royal – Nizam', a special food festival at Café B You. Running from July 10 to July 19, 2026, the festival invites guests to experience the royal flavours and timeless recipes inspired by the legendary kitchens of the Nizams.

Celebrating Hyderabad's culinary heritage, the specially curated menu showcases dishes influenced by Mughlai, Turkish, Persian, Arabic, and Telugu cuisines. Guests can enjoy authentic recipes prepared using traditional slow-cooking techniques that once graced the royal dining tables of the Nizams.

The menu features signature delicacies such as Marag (Hyderabadi Lamb Soup), Murgh Yakhni Shorba, Pathar Ka Gosht, Shikampur Kebab, Murgh Dum Biryani, and Nalli Nihari. The dining experience begins with traditional welcome beverages, including Khubani Sharbat, Rose & Basil Sherbet, Khas Sherbet, and Nimbu Pudina Sharbat.

Beyond the cuisine, the festival recreates the grandeur of Hyderabad's royal era through themed décor, traditional hospitality, and live culinary experiences, offering guests an immersive journey into one of India's most celebrated culinary traditions.
