The Christmas Eve Dinner features a delectable menu that highlights holiday classics and comforting flavours. Honey-glazed chicken infused with winter spices, zesty grilled fish with lemon caper butter, and roulades filled with spinach and feta set the tone for the evening. The menu also includes velvety mushroom-based dishes, a rich Kashmiri rogan josh simmered in aromatic spices, and a hearty lasagne al forno. Paneer lababdar adds a creamy touch, while roasted winter vegetables such as pumpkin, baby carrots, and root vegetables bring colour and warmth to the plate. The dessert selection completes the festive experience with plum cake, stollen, chocolate yule log, and seasonal mousse.
