The hotel’s culinary team has prepared a lavish spread of more than 24 authentic dishes, showcasing the essence of Kerala’s cuisine. Guests can savour classics such as Avial, Kootu Curry, Olan, Pachadi, Thoran, Parippu, Sambhar, Rasam, and Inji Curry  each crafted to balance flavour and texture in the most traditional way.

No Sadhya is complete without its signature sweet ending, and Café Blu presents two timeless favourites: Palada Pradhaman and Ada Payasam. Creamy, fragrant, and indulgent, these desserts capture the festive spirit perfectly.
