Red Bowl at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach is set to present the ‘Hot & Pot Food Festival’, a specially curated dining experience celebrating comforting hot pots, hearty classics, and flavour-rich Asian-inspired dishes.

Scheduled from 15th May to 24th May 2026, the festival aims to bring together warm, soulful flavours and freshly prepared specialties designed for indulgent and relaxed dining experiences.

Inspired by the universal appeal of hot and comforting meals, the specially curated à la carte menu will showcase a range of dishes including Nasu Dengaku, Tori Teriyaki, and Goong Pad Prik, highlighting bold flavours and preparations best enjoyed fresh and steaming hot. The menu focuses on rich textures, slow-cooked elements, and satisfying comfort-driven dining.
