Inspired by the grand feasts from the era of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Ji, the festival celebrates the magnificence of Sikh culinary traditions, offering guests a rare opportunity to savour authentic dishes rooted in royal heritage. Curated by a team of expert chefs, the menu presents a rich blend of aromatic spices, slow-cooked delicacies, and regal recipes, reviving age-old flavours in a modern setting.

The à la carte spread features signature dishes like Nalwa Raan Ki Cherrey, Mutton Beliram, and Tarbela Dam Ki Macchi, along with delightful creations such as Patiyala Shahi Murgh, Veg Lahori Sheek Kabab, and Jalandher Da Tamatari Murgh.
