As India celebrates its 80th Independence Day, Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel is bringing the country's diverse culinary traditions together with a special Independence Day Extended Lunch at LUSH on 15 August 2026.

The curated dining experience celebrates India's rich food heritage by bringing together regional favourites from across the country. With every region offering its own ingredients, flavours and cooking traditions, the special menu provides diners an opportunity to experience a selection of India's culinary landscape in a single meal.

The spread features signature dishes including Kashmiri Pulao, Malabar Kozhi Curry, Bengali Macher Jhol, Hyderabadi Murgh Dum Biryani, Mangalore Ghee Roast and Awadhi Murgh Korma.
