The essence of Kerala’s harvest festival is coming alive in the misty hills of Sakleshpur. This September, Amish at Rosetta Sakleshpur invites guests to experience the Grand Onam Sadhya, a traditional vegetarian banquet that embodies the warmth, heritage, and generosity of Kerala.

Served in the classic way on fresh banana leaves, the Onam Sadhya is more than a festive meal, it is a cultural journey that has been passed down for generations. Guests will enjoy recipes steeped in tradition, prepared with care, and presented in a serene setting where the charm of the Western Ghats meets Kerala’s culinary legacy.

The celebration begins with Sambharam, a refreshing spiced buttermilk, before the feast unfolds into a symphony of flavors:

Welcome & Condiments: House-made pickles, tangy Inji Curry, cooling Pachadi, vibrant Kichadi, crisp Papadums, and traditional Upperi banana chips.

The Heart of the Meal: Signature Kerala favorites such as Avial, Pineapple Pulissery, aromatic Sambar, and Rasam, each reflecting the diverse tastes of Kerala’s backwaters, spice gardens, and coastal plains.

Sweet Endings: A trio of Payasams - Semiya, Ada Pradhaman, and Nendran Banana, offering a rich and soulful conclusion.

Served alongside red rice or white rice with Nei Parupu, the Sadhya captures the spirit of abundance and unity that Onam represents.
