The culinary celebration will feature over 20 authentic dishes where both raw and ripe mangoes shine in creative and nostalgic forms. From Mambazha Payasam, Mangai Sadam, and Mambazha Rasam to Mambazha Thair Sadam and Mambazha Jigarthanda, the spread will be served on traditional banana leaves along with classic accompaniments like Beetroot Thoran, Keerai Kootu, and Vazhakkai Varuval.
