The journey begins with a Navratra Papadum Basket, served alongside Mint Peanut Chutney, Tamatar Ka Murabba, and Coconut Chutney, setting the perfect tone for a festive meal. Guests can relish the crispiness of Moo Sabudana Tikki, the smoky richness of Charred Paneer & Ananas marinated in Byadgi Chilli, and the refreshing Palak Patta Chaat, enhanced with yoghurt foam and juicy pomegranate.
Moving on to the mains, RAAG offers comforting classics with an elevated touch. The Hing Kali Mirch Ke Chatpate Aloo deliver a burst of spice, while the Paneer Makhana Makhni brings a creamy indulgence. Adding a unique sweet-savory twist, the Khatta Meetha Roasted Petha is finished with a golden almond crumble. Complementing these rich flavors are Chironji Ki Dal, slow-cooked with saffron-infused ghee, fragrant Samak Pulao with roasted pumpkin seeds, and crispy Kuttu Ki Poori, making for a truly fulfilling Navratri meal.
No festive meal is complete without desserts, and RAAG’s menu ensures a memorable ending. Guests can indulge in the Tamilian Dahi Vada, a creative take on the classic, featuring curry leaf-tempered sago dumplings, as well as the rich Sago Kheer, infused with Nolen Gur caramel, makhanas, and fresh strawberries.
