Sayaji Hotel Vadodara has announced the launch of “Wok & Wander”, a specially curated Asian food festival hosted at its signature dining venue, Cravings. The festival brings together a vibrant selection of flavours from across the Far East, offering guests an immersive culinary journey through Asia’s diverse food culture.

Designed by the hotel’s culinary team, the dinner buffet features a wide range of popular Asian dishes including Satay, Laksa, Bao, Dim Sum, Sushi, Tempura, Kung Pao, Tom Yum, Pad Thai noodles, Thai curries, and Mango Sticky Rice. Each preparation highlights traditional cooking techniques and fresh ingredients, reflecting the authenticity of regional Asian cuisine.

Adding to the experience, live interactive stations such as Khow Suey, Sushi, Nigiri, Dim Sum, and wok-tossed noodles allow guests to witness real-time culinary craftsmanship, enhancing the theatrical dining experience.
