Moving beyond the well-known Litti Chokha, the festival presents a thoughtfully curated dinner buffet featuring slow-cooked delicacies, rustic street food, and traditional family recipes that have been passed down through generations. Designed by the hotel's culinary team, the menu highlights the earthy flavours and cooking techniques that define Bihari cuisine.

Guests can enjoy signature dishes including a variety of Litti Chokha with the chef's special chokha selections, Mutton Champaran, Bihari Kebabs, Jhalmuri, Sattu Paratha with Baingan Bharta, and a welcome drink made using nutrient-rich sattu flour.
