Running from June 12 to 21, 2026, the festival offers an immersive dining experience inspired by Africa's diverse culinary traditions, vibrant culture, and festive spirit.
Designed as a unique gastronomic celebration, the festival combines authentic African-inspired flavours with an engaging tropical jungle-themed atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a specially curated menu that showcases a variety of grilled delicacies, regional favourites, and signature dishes influenced by African cooking traditions.
The culinary spread features an array of distinctive offerings including BBQ African Cinnamon Fruits, Shakalaka Veg Bullets, Woka Woka Grilled Sweet Potato, Caribbean Drum Steak, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, and the popular East African delicacy Kuku Paka. The menu has been crafted to introduce diners to bold flavours, aromatic spices, and unique preparations that reflect the richness and diversity of African cuisine.
Complementing the food experience is a selection of specially crafted cocktails and mocktails served in vibrant tiki glasses, adding a tropical flair to the celebration. The beverage offerings have been designed to pair seamlessly with the festival menu while enhancing the overall dining experience.
To transport guests into the heart of Africa, the venue has undergone a complete thematic transformation. The festival space features jungle-inspired décor, African tribal-inspired cut-outs, animal-themed installations, and colourful visual elements that create a lively and immersive atmosphere. Adding to the experience, the service team will be dressed in jungle-themed attire, further bringing the concept to life.
