Sayaji Kolhapur is bringing the spirit of Bavaria to the city with Oktoberfest at Moon Tree Café, running from 19 September to 4 October 2026. The festival will offer guests a Bavarian-inspired experience featuring food, music and festive celebrations during dinner.

Originating in Munich in 1810, Oktoberfest has grown into a global celebration of Bavarian food, beer, music and community spirit. Moon Tree Café is recreating this atmosphere in Kolhapur with themed décor and experiences inspired by the traditional festival.

The café will feature beer barrels, themed tableware, hanging drapes, posters and cut-outs, creating a festive Bavarian setting. Service associates will also be dressed in Bavarian-inspired attire, while live singing will add to the atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a specially curated menu featuring German favourites such as Pretzels, Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, Kartoffel Salat, Bavarian Chspieß Skewers, Chicken Jambonette and Almond Horseshoe, paired with craft beer.
