Sayaji Kolhapur has taken an innovative step this Shravan by introducing Kolhapur’s first-ever Vegan Food Festival, held at Moon Tree Café from 8th August to 17th August 2025. Designed to align with the spiritual and cultural essence of Shravan, the festival offers guests a unique dining experience rooted in tradition, taste, and conscious living.
Kolhapur, famous for its rich and flavourful cuisine, is experiencing a fresh culinary chapter as Sayaji Kolhapur presents a 100% plant-based menu. The spread includes everything from lip-smacking starters to indulgent desserts, all prepared without any animal products. Highlights include Tofu Palak, flavour-rich legumes, and exotic vegetables served fresh and guilt-free, while retaining the depth of flavour and creativity the brand is known for.
Crafted using seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques, the menu reflects both the spirit of Shravan and the hotel’s commitment to sustainable dining. Guests can explore a world of vibrant vegan flavours and cuisines while embracing a healthier, environmentally friendly way of eating.
