Sayaji Raipur is bringing the flavours of the Mediterranean to its rooftop dining destination Horizon with a specially curated Mediterranean Food Festival from 9 to 17 October 2026.

The culinary experience will explore the diverse flavours of the Mediterranean through a selection of mezze, rustic breads, fresh salads, grilled specialities and desserts.

The menu has been designed around the characteristics associated with Mediterranean cooking, bringing together fresh ingredients, herbs, spices and grilled preparations. Guests can expect a mix of lighter, fresh dishes alongside hearty preparations and indulgent desserts.

Set against the rooftop setting of Horizon, the festival aims to offer diners a relaxed dining experience while exploring the regional influences and flavours of Mediterranean cuisine.

The Mediterranean Food Festival forms part of Sayaji Raipur's October culinary calendar, which features a series of themed dining experiences and seasonal celebrations across the property.
