Sayaji Raipur has announced the launch of ‘Chaupati Cravings’, a specially curated street food festival at Cravings – All Day Dining Restaurant, bringing the vibrant flavours of India's iconic food streets to the city.

Running from 7 August to 23 August 2026, the festival celebrates India's diverse street food heritage through a selection of regional favourites, live counters, and an ambience inspired by the lively atmosphere of famous chaupatis and food markets.

The curated menu features a variety of popular street food offerings, including chaats, regional snacks, North Indian specialities, Mumbai-inspired street delicacies, refreshing beverages, and indulgent desserts. Prepared by the hotel's culinary team using premium ingredients and traditional techniques, the festival aims to recreate the authentic flavours of India's street food culture in a refined dining environment.

Designed for families, food enthusiasts, and groups of friends, Chaupati Cravings combines the nostalgia of traditional street food with the comfort, hygiene, and hospitality experience of Sayaji Hotels.
