Sayaji Raipur will celebrate World Food Day on 16 October 2026 with an interactive Pasta and Sushi Making Workshop at Cravings, inviting food enthusiasts to explore culinary techniques through a hands-on experience.

The workshop is designed for families, young professionals, aspiring home chefs and anyone interested in learning more about preparing two globally popular cuisines. Participants will have the opportunity to step into the chef's shoes and discover the techniques behind making fresh pasta and sushi.

The session will cover the ingredients, preparation methods and flavour combinations involved in both culinary traditions. Participants will also get to create their own preparations in an interactive setting, combining practical learning with a social dining experience.
