September is bringing a festive mix of international flavours to Feast, the signature dining restaurant at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. From the regional flavours of Italy to the lively traditions of Bavaria, the hotel has curated special dining experiences for guests to explore different cuisines through authentic recipes, themed menus and interactive culinary moments.
From 18 to 20 September 2026, Feast and Bene will host A Taste of Italy, an Italian dining experience crafted by Chef Alessio. The experience will bring together the regional flavours and food traditions of Italy, with Chef Alessio’s signature creations alongside a selection of Italian favourites.
Guests can enjoy handmade pasta, antipasti, artisanal pizzas, regional specialities and classic Italian desserts. Live culinary stations will add an interactive touch, while fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques will highlight the distinctive flavours of Italy. The experience will be available at Feast during lunch from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
On 27 September, Feast will turn Bavarian with Wiesn Sunday: A Bavarian Harvest Brunch, inspired by the lively traditions of Munich’s Oktoberfest. The brunch will feature traditional German specialities, live grills, freshly baked breads, festive desserts and European-inspired favourites.
The setting will add to the festive mood with blue-and-white Bavarian motifs, alpine flowers, wooden tables, pretzels, wheat, pumpkins, rustic bakehouse textures and traditional German cookware. The experience is designed as a warm and family-friendly Bavarian gathering. Wiesn Sunday will be hosted at Feast from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
With these September experiences, Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway is bringing together the food traditions of Italy and Bavaria at Feast, giving diners an opportunity to discover global flavours while enjoying a festive dining atmosphere.
