Serious Slice is teaming up with Japanese-inspired beverage brand TEKA for a one-day matcha collaboration at its Cunningham Road outlet in Bengaluru on September 26, bringing together wood-fired pizzas, matcha and hojicha for a limited-time culinary experience.

Titled “A Serious Slice of Matcha,” the collaboration will bring TEKA’s selection of Japanese-inspired beverages together with Serious Slice’s signature pizzas.

The one-day pop-up is centred around two Japanese tea favourites, matcha and hojicha -  offering guests an opportunity to pair the beverages with Serious Slice’s wood-fired pizzas.

The collaboration is designed as a simple meeting point between the two brands, combining the familiar appeal of pizza with the growing interest in matcha and hojicha-based beverages.

Serious Slice’s Cunningham Road outlet will host the collaboration throughout the day, with the beverage menu curated by TEKA.

Alongside Serious Slice’s signature pizzas, guests can explore a specially curated selection of matcha and hojicha beverages, creating pairings that bring together the savoury flavours of wood-fired pizza and the earthy, distinctive notes associated with Japanese teas.
