Serious Slice, the pizzeria known for bringing an authentic Neapolitan dining experience to Bengaluru, has announced Fire & Flour, an exclusive one-day culinary event created in collaboration with Chef Clive Fernandes. The special evening brings together the warmth of wood-fire cooking and Chef Clive’s modern, ingredient-focused style.
Chef Clive, who has honed his craft in modern European cuisine and trained at Auberge du Pommier in Toronto, is recognised for blending classical techniques with contemporary creativity. His approach highlights global influences while staying rooted in seasonal, thoughtful cooking. For this experience, he will lead the kitchen at Serious Slice, curating a menu that balances innovation with a deep respect for regional produce.
Designed for cosy evenings and shared meals, Fire & Flour presents a menu layered with expressive antipasti, handcrafted pastas, rich risotti, and warm desserts. The antipasti selection features dishes such as focaccia with leek and parsley butter, Caesar salad, pumpkin fritti with sauce verte and chilli crisp, and more.
Guests can continue their meal with handcrafted pastas including Scarpinocc with orange beurre blanc, chilli crisp and fried milk crumbs, Chilli Shrimp Spaghetti with shellfish tomato bisque and parsley pangrattato, and Gnocchi with brown butter and wild mushrooms or pork.
The risotto offerings bring forward bold flavours, including Ceppès risotto with porcini marmalade and smoked scamorza, and shrimp risotto with shellfish red pepper bisque and smoked scamorza.
The experience concludes with warm desserts such as bomboloni filled with pastry cream and canelé served with mulberry gel.
Fire & Flour with Chef Clive Fernandes will be available for one day only at Serious Slice on December 17, 2025, at Cunningham Road, Bengaluru.
