This Teachers' Day, Feast at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway is taking guests back to their school days with a nostalgic brunch inspired by the teachers and memories that continue to stay with us.

The special brunch brings together familiar school-time moments with a lively culinary spread, creating a fun way to celebrate the teachers who have guided and inspired generations.

The experience begins with “Assembly,” where guests are welcomed with a refreshing drink. “Geography Class” then takes diners around the world through an exciting street food experience, while “Library Break Tiffin” brings back memories through school-time bites.

The journey continues with “After School Chaat Gali,” featuring a selection of Indian chaat favourites and flavours that bring back the carefree feeling of school days.

Among the highlights is the nostalgic Recess Corner, serving chop singara, ghugni, bread pakoda and aloo tikki, along with Nalli Chips & Chatpata Aloo. The Maggi Lab lets guests customise their Maggi, while the Asian Lunchbox, Bento Break offers chicken satay, nasi goreng, pickles and salads. The After-School Chaat Station features favourites including pani puri, papdi chaat, dahi puri and aloo tikki. For a sweet ending, The Last Bell brings nostalgic kulfi, while The Nostalgia Candy Shelf features childhood favourites.

Adding to the Indian touch is The Tiffin Dabba, serving regional Indian favourites in traditional stacked tiffins.
