Feast at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway is bringing together the flavours of Coorg, Bengal and regional India through a series of culinary experiences scheduled across October.
The month-long programme will explore different regional food traditions through themed dining experiences, including A Taste of Coorg, The Grand Bengali Fest and Chefs Unplugged.
A Taste of Coorg will showcase the culinary traditions of Kodava cuisine through Chef Smitha Kuttayya's Kodava Kitchen. Inspired by recipes passed down through generations, the experience focuses on traditional preparations and home-style flavours associated with Coorg.
The menu features dishes including Kaad Mange Curry, Koli Curry, Baimbale Curry, Onnkkerchi, Meen Barthad, Balekai Fry, Kadambutt and Thankbutt, offering guests an introduction to the distinctive ingredients and cooking traditions of Kodava cuisine.

The Grand Bengali Fest will celebrate the culinary traditions and festive flavours associated with Durga Puja, bringing Bengali dishes and nostalgia to Feast.
The Sunday brunch on 18 October will feature a spread including Bhoger Khichuri, Labra, Begun Bhaja, Aloo Dum, Luchi, Shukto, Chanar Dalna, Dhokar Dalna, Kosha Mangsho, Chicken Dak Bungalow, Doi Maach, Chingri Malai Curry, Bhetki Paturi, Mochar Ghonto, Bengali Pulao and Calcutta-style Biryani.
The menu will also include traditional accompaniments and sweets such as chutneys, Mishti Doi, Baked Rosogolla, Sandesh and Payesh.
Chefs Unplugged will bring together chefs from Sheraton for a regional culinary showcase, with each chef presenting flavours, traditions and signature dishes associated with their home region.
The Sunday brunch will offer guests an opportunity to explore different regional cuisines under one roof, highlighting India's culinary diversity through a chef-led dining experience.
