Designed by the hotel’s talented culinary team, each brunch promises immersive live counters, regional classics, and indulgent desserts, all set in the warm and vibrant ambience of Feast, perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy a memorable weekend experience.
A Celebration of Bengal’s Timeless Culinary Heritage (March 1)
The series begins with an ode to Bengal’s rich gastronomic traditions, curated by Chef Pooja Dhara. Guests can savour favourites such as Luchi with Aloor Dom and Koraishutir Kochuri at live counters, while traditional mains like Shorshe Maach, Bhapa Maach, and Bhapa Chingri Kosha bring authentic flavours to the table.
The experience concludes with iconic Bengali desserts including Doi, Rosogolla, and Sandesh, offering a sweet and nostalgic finish.
An Indulgent Brunch Inspired by the Flavours of Mathura (March 4)
Curated by Chef Anoopa Prasad, this festive brunch celebrates the culinary richness of Mathura. Live counters serve freshly fried Gujiya and Malpua, while hearty favourites such as Pindi Chole and Paneer Butter Masala enhance the spread. A dessert selection featuring Classic and Dry Fruit Gujiya ensures a truly immersive and indulgent experience.
A Special Women’s Day Brunch Honouring Culinary Artistry (March 8, 2026)
On March 8, Feast celebrates Women’s Day with a brunch crafted by five talented women chefs. Featuring festive Mela-style live counters, the spread includes street-style favourites such as Chaat Bazaar and Pani Puri.
Comforting mains like Chole Bhature, Dal Makhani, and Paneer Lababdar are complemented by indulgent live Jalebi, Malpua, and Kulfi counters, creating a vibrant and celebratory atmosphere in honour of the occasion.
Explore the Authentic Tastes of Odisha (March 15)
Mid-month, Chef Anismita Das brings the understated yet deeply flavourful cuisine of Odisha to Feast. Highlights include Pakhala Rice (a refreshing summer specialty), Santula (light mixed vegetable curry), and the iconic Chhena Poda. This brunch offers a refined glimpse into Odisha’s cherished culinary traditions.
A Culinary Voyage through Karnataka’s Regional Specialties (March 22, 2026)
On March 22, curated by Chef Vani KS, the brunch spotlights Karnataka’s diverse regional flavours. Guests can enjoy Mysuru Masala Dosa with coconut and tomato chutney, Bisi Bele Bath served with ghee and boondi from Mangalore, and beloved sweets such as Mysuru Pak and Obbattu. The experience offers a delicious exploration of the state’s rich gastronomic heritage.
An Authentic Showcase of Mathura’s Satvik Traditions (March 29)
The month concludes with a second Mathura-inspired brunch, again curated by Chef Anoopa Prasad. This edition focuses on Satvik preparations with no onion or garlic, featuring Brij specialties such as Dubki Wale Aloo (Mathura style) and Kadhi Pakora (Brij recipe). The meal is rounded off with the iconic Mathura Peda, delivering a wholesome and soulful finale to the series.
