From seasonal mango-inspired creations and Mexican favourites to authentic Pan Asian specialties, the hotel is offering a diverse selection of flavours designed to appeal to every palate.

At World Café, guests can enjoy the Fresh Harvest Mango Delight festival, a celebration of the season's most loved fruit. The specially curated menu showcases a variety of refreshing dishes that combine flavour and nutrition, making them suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Highlights include the Mango Smoothie Bowl, prepared with mango, yogurt, granola, fresh fruits, seeds, and nuts, alongside the Raw Mango & Avocado Salad with Microgreens and Lime Dressing. Non-vegetarian offerings include Mango BBQ Chicken Wings and Fish Fingers with Spicy Mango Salsa, bringing together sweet, smoky, and tangy flavours.

The Fresh Harvest Mango Delight experience is available at World Café until June 30, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

For guests seeking bold international flavours, High Ultra Lounge is presenting Signature Mexican Tortilla Rolls. Inspired by classic Mexican favourites such as tacos, burritos, and fajitas, the menu features handcrafted tortilla rolls made with fresh ingredients, vibrant spices, and flavourful fillings.

Vegetarian options include the Elote Street Corn & Bean Roll and the Queso & Roasted Pepper Roll. Non-vegetarian selections feature the Chipotle Chicken Fajita Roll and the Beef Barbacoa Roll, each designed to capture the authentic taste of Mexican cuisine while offering a contemporary dining experience.

The Mexican promotion is available until June 30, 2026, at High Ultra Lounge from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.

Meanwhile, Horizon, located on the 31st floor of the hotel, is showcasing Beijing Street & Pan Asian Bites. Inspired by the lively food streets of Beijing, the experience combines authentic Asian flavours with panoramic views of Bengaluru's skyline.

The chef-curated menu features dishes such as Sichuan Pepper Prawns, known for their bold and aromatic flavours, alongside Wok-Tossed Asian Greens with Garlic, offering a lighter yet equally satisfying option. The experience is designed for guests looking to explore the richness and diversity of Asian cuisine in an elevated rooftop setting.

Beijing Street & Pan Asian Bites is available until June 30, 2026, at Horizon from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
