Overview

Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center is set to bring the rich culinary heritage of Punjab to Bengaluru with Punjabi Trails, a specially curated food festival at Feast, featuring celebrated guest chef Harjinder Singh, popularly known as Chef Sweety Singh.

Running from June 5 to June 14, the festival offers guests an opportunity to experience the authentic flavours, warmth, and generosity that define Punjabi cuisine. Known for its vibrant character and comforting preparations, Punjabi food remains one of India’s most beloved regional cuisines, and Punjabi Trails aims to showcase its essence through traditional recipes and time-honoured cooking techniques.

With more than three decades of culinary experience, Chef Sweety Singh has earned recognition for bringing authentic Punjabi flavours to leading hospitality destinations across the country. Having begun his culinary journey at the age of 19, he is known for preserving traditional cooking methods while presenting dishes that remain deeply rooted in their regional origins.

At Feast, Chef Sweety Singh will present his signature style of cooking built around slow-cooked preparations, freshly ground spices, generous use of pure ghee, and authentic flavours without relying on artificial colours or excessive cream. His approach focuses on highlighting the true depth and character of Punjabi cuisine while maintaining its rustic charm.
