Overview

Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center is celebrating Independence Day with an expansive brunch at Feast, bringing together regional Indian favourites, international classics and interactive culinary experiences on August 15.

Positioned as one of Bengaluru's largest brunch experiences, the celebration explores how Indian dishes have travelled across regions, evolved over generations and adapted to local ingredients and culinary traditions.

The Independence Day brunch will feature 15 live counters, offering guests an extensive selection of dishes spanning Indian and global cuisines. The spread includes regional favourites such as Murgh Wajid Ali, Paneer Pinwheel, Subz Shahi Patiala and Awadhi Saag, alongside interactive live stations and international selections.

The culinary experience is designed to highlight the diversity of food traditions while giving guests the opportunity to discover different flavours and preparations under one roof.

Beyond the food, the brunch will feature live music, children's activities and pool access, creating a festive environment for families and friends. The experience is designed for leisurely afternoons, allowing guests to enjoy the food, entertainment and company throughout the celebration.

The event also reflects the evolving nature of cuisine, where recipes continue to travel, adapt and find new expressions while remaining connected to their traditional roots.
