Set against a serene seaside backdrop, the event offers guests a choice of lunch at Pintail Lounge and dinner at C Salt, each providing a distinct dining atmosphere. The menus are thoughtfully designed to reflect Chef Harish Rao’s signature approach, where traditional coastal recipes are reimagined with contemporary techniques.

The culinary showcase focuses on seasonal ingredients and regional influences, delivering dishes that balance familiarity with innovation.
