Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa has introduced a special culinary experience with “A Refined Coastal Soirée,” an exclusive pop-up in collaboration with HOSA. This limited-time event will take place from 8th to 10th May 2026, bringing a fresh take on South Indian coastal cuisine.

Set along a calm seaside backdrop, the experience will be hosted across two venues at the property, lunch at Pintail Lounge and dinner at C Salt. Each setting offers a distinct dining atmosphere while maintaining a refined and relaxed vibe. The menus have been curated by Brand Chef Harish Rao, known for blending traditional flavours with modern techniques.

The dishes reflect a mix of comfort and creativity, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and strong regional influences. Guests can expect a thoughtfully designed meal starting with dishes like Coconut Milk Rasam paired with coconut panna cotta and charred cherry tomato, and Shimeji Mushroom Varuval with green peppercorn and mushroom pâté. Seafood options include Curry Leaf Pesto Snapper served with kokum rassa, along with Ice Apple Prawn Curry featuring palm fruit and idiyappam.

The experience also includes a range of creative beverages such as the Gun Fizz Powder with gin and passion fruit and the Kokum Cola house soda. To end the meal, desserts like Muskmelon Ice Cream with watermelon granita and Chocolate Chilli with warm ganache bring a unique finish to the spread.

Adding to this, Brand Chef Harish Rao shared,

The dishes are thoughtfully crafted and highlight coastal and regional influences with a modern interpretation. It’s about creating an experience that resonates beyond the plate.”

The event will feature both vegetarian and non-vegetarian set menus, with beverages available à la carte. Lunch will be served from 12:45 PM to 3:00 PM, while dinner will run from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
