The special menu draws inspiration from the Indian tricolour, showcasing dishes in saffron, white and green hues. Guests can enjoy flavourful offerings such as Tiranga Paneer Tikka, Dal Tiranga and Tricolour Salads, followed by an indulgent dessert selection including Saffron Orange Mousse, Vanilla White Chocolate Layer with Pistachio Green Mousse, Pistachio Rasmalai, Gajar Halwa Tartlets and Chocolate Truffle with tricolour garnish.
