The event brings together the rich culinary traditions of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh, offering guests an authentic taste of India’s southern peninsula.

Crafted under the expert guidance of Chef Karam Dogra and his talented team, the festival features time-honoured recipes such as Chettinad Veg Curry, Mulligatawny Soup, Appam with Stew, Paper Dosa, Pesarratu, and Thoran. Each dish has been thoughtfully prepared to reflect the depth, flavour, and character of its native region, paying tribute to generations of culinary artisans.

Adding to the experience, S-Café will be adorned with traditional flower rangolis and charming décor inspired by South India’s cultural elegance. Guests can also enjoy immersive photo spots that capture the festival’s warmth and authenticity.

The South Indian Food Festival runs from 14th to 23rd November 2025, between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM, promising diners an unforgettable evening where history, flavour, and tradition blend seamlessly into one delightful culinary journey.
