Sheraton Grand Palace Indore is adding festive flavor to Navratri with a specially curated thali at its signature restaurant, Araana. The Navratri Thali will be available from September 22 to October 2, 2025, offering guests a delightful blend of tradition and taste.
Designed by Executive Chef Karam Dogra, the menu follows vrat guidelines with sattvic ingredients that are light, wholesome, and nourishing. The thali includes an array of fasting-friendly delicacies such as Sabudana Khichdi, Samak Rice Pulao, and Vrat ke Aloo. Guests can also enjoy breads like Kuttu ki Puri, Singhara ki Puri, Samak Rice Roti, and Lauki Thepla. To round off the meal, desserts such as Sabudana Kheer, Lauki Halwa, and Rajgira Ladoo add a sweet festive touch.
Available exclusively during dinner hours from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm, the Navratri Thali at Araana is more than just a meal. It is a culinary journey that celebrates the essence of Navratri, blending spirituality, culture, and nutrition on a single plate.
