This Durga Pujo, Feast at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel is bringing the culinary traditions of Bengal to Hyderabad with Rajbari Theke Rowak, a special food showcase celebrating the region’s rich flavours and festive favourites. Running from October 16 to 20, 2026, the experience draws inspiration from the grandeur of Bengal’s royal households and the warmth of its traditional courtyards.

Featuring Chef Mrityunjoy Santra from JW Marriott Pune, the culinary showcase brings together traditional Bengali specialities, seasonal favourites and a selection of regional and global flavours. Live grilling and carving stations further add to the dining experience, offering guests a variety of preparations throughout the celebration.

The menu highlights the diversity of Bengali cuisine through dishes such as Aloo Posto, Kacha Lonka Bata Murgi, Shukto, Kosha Mangsho, Chingri Chop, Dhoker Dalna and Aloor Chop. From comforting vegetable preparations to flavourful meat dishes and traditional snacks, the selection offers guests an opportunity to explore the distinctive tastes of Bengal.
