Celebrating the start of the lunar new year, a time symbolising prosperity, renewal and togetherness, the evening promises an immersive dining experience set against vibrant themed décor and a festive ambience.

Guests can indulge in a thoughtfully designed à la carte menu featuring Chinese-inspired specialities crafted for sharing. Highlights include the Prosperity Tossed Salad (Yee Sang), symbolising abundance and good fortune; Longevity Clear Broth with glass noodles; Prawn Wu Gog dim sum; Steamed Red Snapper with ginger and scallion; and Fukuoka Yama Tiramisu infused with matcha and mascarpone. Adding a cultural touch to the celebration, a traditional horse dance ritual will take place at the hotel lobby and at Zega, enhancing the festive spirit of the occasion.
