Curated by Executive Chef Deep Dubey, the menu is a delightful journey through Thailand’s rich food heritage, offering the perfect harmony of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. To add to the experience, live stations will recreate the energy of Thai street markets, serving sizzling satays, freshly tossed salads, fragrant jasmine rice, and the much-loved Mango Sticky Rice.

The dining experience is designed to be immersive. The Palate will be adorned with Thai-inspired décor, warm lanterns, and soothing instrumental tunes, evoking the charm of Chiang Mai or Bangkok. Guests can choose between a lavish buffet dinner or a crafted à la carte lunch, making the festival perfect for every preference.
