Singh Sahib Celebrates Punjab's Culinary Heritage with Virasat-E-Punjab

Overview

Singh Sahib at Eros Hotel New Delhi is presenting 'Virasat-E-Punjab', a culinary celebration that brings the traditional flavours and food heritage of Punjab to the capital. Running until November 12, 2026, the festival showcases the region's rich culinary traditions through a specially curated menu of kebabs, curries and desserts.

Inspired by Punjab, the land of five rivers, the dining experience explores a cuisine known for its robust flavours, fragrant spices, slow-cooked preparations and indulgent gravies.

The menu features a selection of regional specialities, including Mutton Boti Kebab, Mutton Paya and Lahori Chargha. Each preparation draws on the distinctive flavours associated with Punjabi cooking, bringing together traditional ingredients and familiar culinary techniques.

The experience also includes a selection of rich curries and kormas, offering diners an opportunity to explore the depth and variety of the region's food traditions.

The meal concludes with two classic desserts: Shahi Tukray and Rabri Jalebi. Combining the richness of traditional Indian sweets with indulgent textures and flavours, the desserts provide a fitting finish to the Punjabi-inspired spread.

Through Virasat-E-Punjab, Singh Sahib brings regional Indian cuisine into focus, inviting guests to explore Punjab's culinary legacy through a curated dining experience in the hotel's warm setting.
