Sofitel Mumbai BKC is set to welcome the festive season with its annual Cake Mixing Brunch at Pondichéry Café on 25 October 2026. Bringing together seasonal flavours, culinary experiences and festive traditions, the brunch will feature an interactive fruit-mixing experience alongside an extensive spread of dishes from Indian and international cuisines.

The culinary selection will begin with fresh salads, including Waldorf Salad, Greek Salad, Quinoa and Roasted Vegetable Salad, and Smoked Beetroot with Goat Cheese. Guests can also enjoy an assortment of Indian and imported cheeses, smoked meats, salami, ham, pickles, olives and crackers.

The live grill and carving stations will feature roast chicken, grilled fish, lamb, tandoori chicken, grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes. Asian favourites will include sushi, dim sum, chicken satay, Thai green curry, vegetable spring rolls, wok noodles, fried rice and Korean-style fried chicken.

The brunch will also offer gourmet pizza, pasta, risotto and Indian specialities, including Kolkata Chicken Biryani. The selection brings together a variety of flavours and dishes, giving guests plenty of options to explore during the festive Sunday gathering.

Desserts will be another highlight, with Christmas pudding, Black Forest cake, yule log, chocolate mousse, fruit tarts and brownies. A live station serving waffles, pancakes and crêpes, accompanied by festive additions, will offer guests freshly prepared sweet treats.

Complementing the food selection, the beverage menu will feature cocktails and fruity mulled wine, adding to the seasonal atmosphere. The interactive fruit-mixing activity will bring a traditional festive touch to the occasion, encouraging guests to take part in a custom associated with welcoming the holiday season.
