Sofitel Mumbai BKC is all set to bring the rich flavours of the Middle East to the city with Flavours of Arabia, a special culinary residency at Pondichéry Café led by Chef Mazen Abdallah, Chef de Cuisine at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk.

Scheduled from 22nd – 30th May, the dining experience will showcase authentic Arabian and Lebanese cuisine, offering guests a chance to explore traditional Levantine flavours crafted with a modern touch. Originally from Lebanon, Chef Mazen brings more than two decades of culinary expertise gained across luxury hospitality brands in the UAE and Lebanon.

The specially curated menu highlights the essence of Arabian hospitality with a wide selection of mezze, live cooking stations, charcoal-grilled delicacies, signature main courses, and traditional Arabic desserts. The residency focuses on seasonal ingredients, classic cooking methods, and flavours deeply rooted in Levantine culinary heritage.

The collaboration between Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk and Sofitel Mumbai BKC also reflects Sofitel’s Cultural Link philosophy, bringing together culture, storytelling, and hospitality through food.

Guests can enjoy the Dinner Experience at Pondichéry Café, Sofitel Mumbai BKC from 22nd – 30th May, starting from 7:00 PM onwards. The special Signature Brunch will take place on 31st May from 12:30 PM onwards.
