Laal Maas – the fiery, flavourful mutton curry of Rajasthan

Dal, Baati, Churma – the rustic, soul-satisfying staple

Gatte ki Sabzi – gram flour dumplings in a tangy gravy

Ghewar & Malpua – festive sweets that bring a royal finish to the feast
