Overview

Feast at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center is bringing the flavours of Goa to Bengaluru with an exclusive Goan Cuisine Pop-Up from September 14 to 23, 2026. The 10-day culinary experience will be available during lunch and dinner.

Goan cuisine has long been shaped by home kitchens, family traditions and a relaxed approach to food. The Goan word susegad reflects this unhurried way of life, where food is enjoyed slowly and with a sense of togetherness.

The pop-up explores Goa’s coastal food traditions, influenced by indigenous spices, Portuguese culinary heritage and the region’s connection with the sea. Fresh seafood, coconut and slow-simmered curries come together to create dishes that reflect the flavours and traditions of Goa.

The menu has been curated by Chef Peter Carmo Fernandes and Chef Henzil Saldanha, two culinary custodians of Goan cuisine. Guests can look forward to Chef Peter’s vindaloo and coconut fish curry, along with Chef Henzil’s prawn rissois and cabbage foogath.

The dessert selection brings the experience to a traditional close with dodol and bolinhos de coco, offering guests a taste of Goa’s much-loved sweet treats.

For 10 days, Feast will bring together coastal recipes, traditional cooking techniques and Goan hospitality, giving diners an opportunity to explore a cuisine that continues to be preserved through generations of families and their kitchens.
